• You will set up, programme and operate CNC milling centres
• You will also provide support in the CNC turning department, depending on workload, and play an active role there
• In addition, you will manufacture individual parts and small batches according to technical drawings
• You will also carry out dimensional and quality checks
• Furthermore, you will independently analyse faults and optimise production processes
• You will also ensure compliance with the 6S method and help to develop it further

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You also have extensive experience in CNC milling and knowledge of CNC turning
• In addition, you have experience in CNC programming, for example in accordance with DIN standards or using Shopturn
• Ideally, you have experience working with DMG’s CTX-beta series featuring Sinumerik SinuTrain 840D and Operate controls, as well as with DMG’s NHX and NVX series featuring Mitsubishi MD730 controls
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team are a given for you
