• You will be responsible for producing milled parts in accordance with drawings and work plans, as well as recording machining and set-up times
• This also involves setting up and clamping the workpieces, as well as creating or adapting programmes as part of workshop programming (5 axes)
• In addition, you will be responsible for tool presetting using the UNO 20/40 presetting device, as well as the general maintenance of the tool magazine, standard tool allocation and tool corrections
• You will also be responsible for carrying out quality control independently (in accordance with the instructions for operator self-inspection)
• You will also carry out specified checks in accordance with the work plan and perform regular maintenance in accordance with the maintenance schedule
• Last but not least, you will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a CNC specialist (m/f/d) in milling, as a metalworking specialist (m/f/d) with relevant additional qualifications, or a comparable qualification and professional experience with 5-axis milling machines or vacuum-table high-speed milling machines
• You have a good knowledge of the control system and manufacturing technology
• You are also confident in handling technical drawings, measuring and testing equipment, as well as in controlling and operating the milling machine, including the DMU Monoblock 100, 80 and 60 DMG Mori, the Heidenhain iTNC 530 control system and the Matec-30HV, Heidenhain iTNC 530 control system
• Proficiency in spoken German and a valid work permit are also assets
• Furthermore, you are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
