• You will mill on high-speed CNC milling machines, working precisely to specifications
• You will load programmes independently and adapt them as required
• You will be responsible for setting up and configuring the machine
• You will prepare the vacuum clamping system and the programme, and adjust both as required
• You will reliably manufacture parts in accordance with drawings and work plans
• You will deburr the manufactured parts and finish them manually
• You will carry out quality checks independently, including self-inspection by the operator
• You will carefully carry out the specified checks in accordance with the work plan
• You will operate the Coscom machine data acquisition system correctly and reliably
• You correct errors in consultation with your line manager
• You comply with safety regulations and ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a CNC specialist (m/f/d), CNC machine operator (m/f/d) or skilled metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d) with relevant further qualifications in the field of high-speed CNC milling
• You have a good working knowledge of the control systems on the following machine groups: Datron ML 1500 2C with vacuum clamping system and DATRON 3D-CNC control, Datron M10 with vacuum clamping system and DATRON 3D-CNC control, as well as the Portatec HSC Basic IV machining centre with Siemens Sinumerik 840SL control
• You are confident in handling technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You are willing to work 2- and 3-shift patterns
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
