• You will be responsible for carrying out precise milling work independently, in accordance with technical drawings and work plans, within your assigned production area
• You will also be responsible for recording set-up times and downloading relevant production programmes onto the industrial PC
• You will also actively support the team in the professional set-up and clamping of complex components and all tools
• Furthermore, you will independently create and adapt CNC programmes for the modern Heidenhain iTNC 530 5-axis control system in-house
• Maintaining and looking after the tool magazine, as well as carrying out regular tool corrections, are also part of your duties
• Finally, you will carry out thorough operator self-checks as well as all prescribed quality controls and maintenance in accordance with the maintenance schedule

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a CNC specialist (m/f/d), a machining technician (m/f/d) or an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have extensive experience in 5-axis milling technology and are confident in using Heidenhain control systems
• furthermore, you are experienced in using measuring equipment and are available to work rotating shifts
• you have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth documentation
• You are characterised by a high level of quality awareness, strong teamwork skills and a consistently reliable and precise approach to your work
• For this position, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be resident in Germany
