• You will be responsible for carrying out all milling work independently on state-of-the-art high-speed CNC milling machines in our client’s designated production area
• You will also be responsible for independently loading and adapting all required milling programmes and associated production data
• Furthermore, you will professionally set up and align the milling machines and precisely prepare specialised vacuum clamping systems for them
• The production of precision parts to drawings, as well as systematic deburring and finishing, are among your main tasks
• Furthermore, you will conscientiously carry out quality control under your own responsibility, including operator self-inspection and all specified tests
• Finally, you will always operate the Coscom machine data acquisition system correctly and consistently ensure workplace cleanliness and health and safety

• You have undertaken further training in the field of high-speed CNC milling and have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d) or a precision engineer (m/f/d)
• You also have in-depth knowledge of Datron and Siemens control systems, as well as experience in the safe handling of test equipment
• Furthermore, you are fully available to work all shifts in a multi-shift operation and, ideally, have your own car
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication
• Furthermore, you are characterised by a high degree of reliability, a strong focus on quality and a highly independent approach to your work
• To fulfil this role, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
