• The programming of CNC machines (e.g. Heidenhain Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc) is your responsibility
• to set up, set-up and operation of CNC milling or turning machines
• you will maintain and service the machines as part of preventive maintenance
• you will be responsible for optimising existing programmes to improve quality and time as well as monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring dimensional accuracy
• you will also be responsible for carrying out tool changes and tool corrections as well as documenting the manufacturing processes and results
• quality control using measuring equipment (calipers, micrometre, 3D measuring arm etc.) rounds off your job profile

• You have completed training in the metal sector, e.g. as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained several years of experience in CNC machining and programming
• Sure handling of technical drawings and tolerances is a matter of course for you
• Knowledge of CAM systems (e.g. Mastercam, SolidCAM) is an advantage
• Knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• Willingness to work in a shift environment
