• You set up CNC lathes and conventional processing machines, set them up and operate them independently
• You reliably monitor the production process and ensure a smooth production flow
• You carefully and responsibly monitor product quality during ongoing production
• You operate machines, set up and programme machines independently according to specifications
• you will safely operate other processing machines and reliably take over multi-machine operation

• You have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
• You have experience in operating machine tools
• Ideally, you have experience in working with conventional and CNC-controlled lathes and grinding machines
• Basic German language skills and a valid work permit speak in your favour
• Willingness to work in two- to three-shift operation is a matter of course for you
• A high level of awareness for quality and precision to three-shift operation is a matter of course for you
