• You will operate and monitor modern CNC-controlled machines during the production process
• You will set up the machinery and change tools independently
• You will monitor the manufacturing quality of the parts produced using standard measuring equipment
• You will make minor corrections and adjustments to the machine settings in accordance with specifications
• You will consistently adhere to and document health and safety regulations in the workplace
• You report faults or quality deviations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes

• Ideally, you will have completed a technical apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification, such as a certificate confirming that you have completed further training as a CNC specialist (m/f/d)
• You have gained experience in production or in operating machinery, ideally in a technical environment
• You are confident in following technical instructions and are willing to familiarise yourself with CNC technology
• You are meticulous, quality-conscious and have a keen eye for precision work
• The ability to work well in a team and a willingness to work shifts round off your profile
• Valid work permits and a working knowledge of spoken German are essential for employment
