• You will be responsible for operating CNC-controlled drilling, milling and turning centres, including set-up, set-up and tool changes
• you will also manufacture individual parts, as well as small and medium-sized production runs, in accordance with technical drawings and work instructions
• you will check the programmes and, where necessary, make adjustments
• You will also independently check the dimensional accuracy of the parts you have produced
• Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with quality requirements as well as time and deadline specifications
• You will maintain and service the machines and the tools used
• Documenting your manufacturing process in accordance with company guidelines rounds off your role

• You have completed an apprenticeship, e.g. as a machining technician (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in tool management and tool maintenance, ideally also in plane transformation, 5-axis simultaneous machining and working with a counter-spindle
• your knowledge of CNC machining and cutting technology, as well as the CNC control systems used, e.g. ShopTurn, Heidenhain iTNC 530 or Fanuc, are a strong point in your favour
• You are naturally confident in handling technical drawings and measuring equipment
• Knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• You are characterised by a high degree of initiative, analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
