• You will operate and set up modern CNC-controlled multi-spindle automatic lathes and load all raw materials precisely in accordance with specified production plans
• When clamping various tools, you work with precision and set up the multi-spindle machines independently, paying close attention to all complex production parameters
• You continuously monitor the entire production process and quickly resolve minor faults, ensuring that production always runs smoothly
• using precise testing equipment and modern measuring instruments, you conscientiously measure and inspect the finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy
• you ensure a high level of operational readiness throughout the production area through regular cleaning, care and simple maintenance of the lathes
• You document your inspection results comprehensively, ensuring compliance with all internal quality standards and guidelines for sustainable quality assurance

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical experience in the independent operation of modern CNC-controlled multi-spindle turning machines
• You are confident in using common CNC control systems such as Siemens Sinumerik, Fanuc or Heidenhain
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication at all times
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of quality awareness, reliability, the ability to work as part of a team, and a consistently meticulous approach to your work
• For this role, in addition to your expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be resident in Germany
