• You will set up CNC lathes independently, load them and operate them – long-turn automatic lathes are also part of your day-to-day work
• You will programme and optimise machining programmes directly on the machine, using Fanuc/ISO controls, and optionally Siemens Sinumerik as well
• You will also monitor the production runs of turned parts made from engineering plastics during the process
• Quality control and dimensional inspection of the manufactured parts are also part of your role
• You will carry out regular machine maintenance and perform minor maintenance tasks yourself

• vocational training in a technical or industrial field, for example as a CNC specialist (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (specialising in turning) (m/f/d) or a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), which you have successfully completed
• You have professional experience in production with automatic lathes or CNC machines, ideally including long-bed automatic lathes
• You are confident in using CNC controls (Fanuc/ISO, optionally Siemens Sinumerik) and their programming
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system
• You apply a focus on quality and carry out thorough self-checks in every task
• The ability to work independently and responsibly, as well as being a team player, round off your profile
