Job description

  • As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for dealing with enquiries regarding claims against debtors, both by telephone and in writing: debtors’ representatives and various enforcement bodies
  • you will also act as the central point of contact for communication with externally commissioned law firms, to ensure smooth and sustainable cooperation
  • Furthermore, as part of your day-to-day work, you will make independent decisions and consistently assess the relevant risks whilst taking into account the various internal escalation levels

Requirements
