Commercial Assistant – Goods Receipt (m/f/d)

• Full-time availability (40 hours) on a 3-shift rota

• You will check delivery documents for completeness and plausibility and ensure that every goods receipt gets off to a smooth start
• You will also enter and reconcile the goods receipt data in the SAP system, whilst always maintaining a clear overview
• You will then process and monitor customs procedures, bringing an international flavour to your day-to-day work
• You will check the time slots booked by hauliers and keep track of departures
• Furthermore, you will document and process complaints relating to goods receipt – working closely with our customers to find solutions
• Finally, you will play an active role in ensuring that the flow of goods at our company remains smooth and efficient

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained some initial experience with SAP or a comparable merchandise management system
• You are characterised by an independent, conscientious and structured approach to your work
• You enjoy working shifts and are willing to work on Saturdays from time to time
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit completes your profile
