• In this role, you will coordinate technicians’ appointments with customers and confirm them in writing
• You will be responsible for liaising with the technicians regarding preferred appointment times
• You will review incoming orders and check them for content and plausibility
• You will manage scheduling in the IT system
• You will manage customer master data independently

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• Some initial work experience is an advantage, but we also welcome those just starting out in their careers
• Experience in internal sales or a call centre will help you settle in more easily
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• With your customer-focused approach, you enjoy interacting with customers
