• You take on the preparatory work for payroll accounting and support the preparation of payroll accounting
• You enter times and assignments in the system and ensure data quality
• You clarify missing assignments independently in dialogue with the employees
• You prepare the evaluations and make them available to the payroll office

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. Office management assistant (m/f/d)
• You have experience in payroll accounting and understand the processes
• Good written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate and document confidently
