• You will be responsible for handling dispatch and checking invoices
• You will be responsible for planning the supply of various product groups
• You will play a key role in liaising with the Veterinary Office
• You will place freight orders from our pool of freight forwarding partners
• You will draw up loading lists and freight credit notes
• You will manage the export process
• You will assist with weekly and monthly account closures
• Administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, welcoming visitors and procurement processes round off your role

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the freight forwarding sector
• Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in a similar field
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage
• You have a good knowledge of standard Office applications
• You have a good command of German and English
• A meticulous and independent approach to work, combined with a professional manner, round off your profile
