You will be responsible for the active letting of the property portfolio, including tenant acquisition and the long-term management of high-profile retail tenants. You will also conduct contract negotiations, carry out market and competitive analyses, and draw up letting strategies whilst ensuring a lucrative sectorand tenant mix. Furthermore, you will expand the network of tenants and those responsible for expansion. You will also liaise with colleagues in other specialist departments, such as planning and construction. Last but not least, you will independently manage exciting projects in the commercial sector

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as a real estate agent (m/f/d), or a comparable degree in business administration, real estate management or law
• You also have relevant professional experience in the property sector
• You have a strong command of the MS Office suite
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Negotiation skills, a hands-on approach and a willingness to travel round off your profile
• Last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
