• You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair work on our own commercial vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, passenger cars and industrial trucks, as well as on customers’ vehicles when carrying out work on their behalf
• You will be responsible for preparing the vehicles for the annual general inspection (HU) and safety inspection (SP)
• You will also be responsible for carrying out bodywork and paintwork
• You will handle repair work on tarpaulins and box bodies
• Modifying vehicles (e.g. tool and pallet boxes, heating systems, spare wheel holders, etc.) is part of your role
• You will be responsible for welding work using gas shielded, oxy-acetylene and electric methods
• Last but not least, your remit includes repair and maintenance work for roadside assistance using the service vehicle

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• You can read technical drawings and work to them
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a Class B driving licence and, ideally, a CE driving licence
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a precise, proactive approach to your work are your strengths
