• You will manage and organise the vehicle workshop for public service buses
• You will also carry out and coordinate repairs, maintenance and safety inspections
• You will then supervise the workshop staff and liaise with the transport service and administration
• Furthermore, you will monitor health and safety and ensure compliance with quality standards
• You will be the point of contact for external workshop partners and inspection organisations

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the automotive trade, ideally with further training to become a master craftsman (m/f/d)
• You have solid professional experience in the maintenance of commercial vehicles, preferably coaches
• You also have some experience in leading a team and are happy to take on responsibility
• You have a structured approach to your work and can keep track of things even when dealing with complex repairs
• Last but not least, you speak good German, enabling you to communicate confidently within the team and with partners
