• You will coordinate and supervise the commissioning of building services systems and ensure that they are implemented in accordance with the schedule, quality standards and contract terms
• You will be responsible for the technical supervision of mechanical and electrical trades during commissioning and will coordinate collaboration with subcontractors, clients and other project stakeholders
• You will monitor project progress, deadlines, outstanding issues and risks, initiate appropriate measures and report regularly on the project status
• You will oversee acceptance procedures, functional tests and the handover of systems to the commissioning management team, and ensure comprehensive testand inventory documentation
• In the event of technical deviations, you will develop proposed solutions, provide support with amendments and technical changes, and assist with the continuous optimisation of future projects

• You have a degree, for example in energy engineering, utility engineering, energy and building services engineering or building services engineering
• you also have at least five years’ professional experience in the field of building services engineering, as well as in the installation and commissioning of building services systems
• You also possess in-depth knowledge of technical building services, international health and safety standards, and the relevant technical regulations and standards
• You have experience in the technical coordination and management of subcontractors within a project environment
• Furthermore, you have business-level proficiency in both spoken and written German and English (C1 level) and are willing to travel up to 100 per cent of the time within Germany
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
