You will be responsible for the professional management of all demanding configuration management processes for complex space projects in accordance with the strict requirements of the mandatory space industry standard ECSS-M-ST-40C. You will also be responsible for the careful preparation and independent conduct of important project-related meetings, such as internal approvals and milestone-related reviews. Furthermore, you will oversee the professional preparation of all essential projectdocuments whilst simultaneously ensuring the legally compliant processing and secure storage of all security- and export-related data. The independent preparation, systematic processing and continuous maintenance of all quality-related workflows for the structured approval of documents are also part of your daily responsibilities. As part of your role, you will support the reliable maintenance and regular updating of key documents and upload them in a timely manner to the designated digital customer portals. Furthermore, you will support the detailed analysis, targeted definition and sustainable optimisation of configuration-related data flows, working closely and constructively with experienced application developers. Finally, you will be responsible for the strategic further development of the entire CMtool landscape, whilst consistently taking operational processes into account and continuously integrating modern digital tools and processes

• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), Aerospace Engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable scientific degree in Computer Engineering
• You also have sound practical professional experience in structured configuration management, as well as in-depth knowledge of the relevant space industry standard ECSS-M-ST-40C gained in complex multi-project environments
• You stand out thanks to your confident knowledge of modern document management systems, common database architectures, specialised CM tools and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Your business fluency in spoken and written German, combined with your very good command of English, enables you to communicate seamlessly with international project teams and clients
• Furthermore, you bring a strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking and a highly conscientious and structured approach to work in highly complex project scenarios
• Finally, you are an excellent team player, stand out for your strong communication skills and impress with a high degree of flexibility and commitment
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
