• You will be responsible for independently preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for demanding projects in the field of building services and refurbishment
• You will also be responsible for the detailed review and professional evaluation of complex tender documents, comprehensive specifications and individual client requirements
• Furthermore, you will oversee the precise costing of all labour, materials and subcontractor services, taking into account all relevant business indicators and internal guidelines
• Consistently tracking all submitted quotations and actively supporting the preparation of complex supplementary cost estimates are also key parts of your role
• As part of your role, you will support the structured collection and expert evaluation of comparable quotations from external service providers and subcontractors for upcoming construction projects
• Furthermore, you will facilitate continuous communication and work closely with the Sales, Procurement, Engineering and the operational project departments
• Finally, you will be responsible for the conscientious maintenance of all master data-related costing data in the RIB iTWO software to ensure the continuous optimisation of our internal processes

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or building services engineering, or have successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in the independent costing of challenging building services engineering, facility management or complex construction projects
• Your confident knowledge of the RIB iTWO software, as well as your expert use of MS Office, particularly Excel, are key strengths of yours
• You have excellent written and spoken German, at a business-proficient level, ensuring smooth communication with all project stakeholders
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of analytical thinking, a strong cost-consciousness and a consistently structured and goal-oriented approach to your work
• You are also an excellent team player, impress with your strong communication skills and always work reliably and independently, even during dynamic project phases
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
