• In this role, you will be responsible for costing turnkey building construction projects and creating 3D models in Allplan
• You will calculate budgets for turnkey construction projects using a 3D model and Nevaris or similar tools for quantity take-off and costing
• You will draw up bills of quantities using BIM software in accordance with the German legal standards VOB, BGB and DIN
• You will obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• You will conduct contract award meetings with clients and subcontractors, and procure and negotiate subcontractor services
• You will identify and assess opportunities, risks and cost increases, and work with the operational project teams to draw up supplementary cost estimates
• You will cooperate with other departments and external parties such as clients, planners and subcontractors to clarify project details and information
• You will develop special proposals and alternatives and regularly visit construction sites throughout Germany

• A successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, further training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification forms the basis of your background
• You have already gained at least 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in cost estimation for turnkey building construction
• You will stand out with sound IT skills and confidence in using MS Office, Allplan, Nemetschek and Nevaris
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A command of English at least at B2 level is a given for you
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit
