• In this role, you will support the site managers in charge with the comprehensive management of projects
• You will be responsible for the consistent quality control of construction work and for optimising site processes
• You will be responsible for coordinating and providing technical guidance to staff, as well as managing site operations
• You will oversee the timely completion of all construction work and manage materials logistics
• You will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site

• You have successfully completed a vocational apprenticeship in the construction trade and, ideally, hold a master craftsman’s certificate as a bricklayer (m/f/d) or concrete worker (m/f/d)

or as a civil engineering technician (m/f/d)

• You have at least 3 years’ professional experience working with the German Building Regulations
• You possess basic IT skills
• Your portfolio includes native-level written and spoken German
• You possess strong assertiveness
• You are resident in Germany and also hold a valid residence permit
