• By operating modern excavators, wheel loaders and dump trucks, you will ensure safe and targeted earth excavation
• to ensure transport vehicles at the gravel plant are loaded correctly, you will continuously check the correct load levels on your own initiative
• You’ll play an active and committed role in any shovelling and manual shaft work carried out on the premises
• To ensure a high level of operational safety, you’ll carry out regular maintenance and minor servicing work on vehicles
• As part of your daily workflow, you will closely coordinate all upcoming material movements with the relevant colleagues on site
• When carrying out all earth-moving operations, you will conscientiously ensure compliance with internal health and safety guidelines

• You have completed vocational training as a construction machinery operator (m/f/d), civil engineering technician (m/f/d) or road construction worker (m/f/d)
• solid practical experience in operating earth-moving machinery is a key feature of your personal and professional qualifications
• Good physical fitness and a Class B driving licence, ideally Class CE, are key strengths of yours
• You consistently demonstrate a good to very good command of written and spoken German
• A consistently reliable approach to work, a high willingness to work overtime, and mobility thanks to your own car
• To fulfil this responsible role, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
