• You will operate and manoeuvre excavators professionally during earthworks, excavation and loading operations on the company premises
• You will operate and manoeuvre wheel loaders for the efficient transport and handling of materials and bulk goods
• You will safely operate and drive dumpers to transport building materials and raw materials
• You will carry out manual shovelling and earthworks, accounting for around 10 per cent of your total workload
• You will carry out simple maintenance, servicing and inspection work on the construction machinery in use
• You will prepare the daily work schedules independently
• Before each operation, you check the construction machinery to ensure it is safe and in good working order
• When operating the machinery, you always ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site

• You have completed training as a construction machinery operator (m/f/d), skilled construction worker (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a two-shift system and to work overtime
• You also hold a car driving licence, ideally a CE driving licence, and have a vehicle to travel to the workplace
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
