• You will support the site manager in day-to-day operations and ensure that processes are managed as effectively as possible
• You will be responsible for documentation and will record it in accordance with guidelines
• You will type up forms and file them in the correct folders
• You will be responsible for the filing system and the management of documents
• You will manage lists and keep the data regularly up to date

• Ideally, you are a civil engineering student (m/f/d) or have recently graduated from university
• You have experience in a commercial role or in office administration, or are willing to learn the ropes
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
