• You will be responsible for the professional manufacture and precise assembly of sophisticated mechanical parts and defence-related structural components
• You will also machine heavy structural parts, sheet metal and sections by straightening, bending, cutting and careful grinding
• Furthermore, you will work strictly to complex technical drawings and ensure the error-free prefabrication of all assemblies
• Quality inspection and the professional reworking of complex welded and robust bolted assemblies are also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will independently carry out precise dimensional and fit checks as part of a conscientious self-inspection process
• Furthermore, you will help to ensure that the extremely high safety standards are maintained in the demanding field of armoured vehicle construction

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), a construction mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have extensive experience in accurately interpreting and precisely implementing complex technical drawings
• You excel in your routine use of standard hand tools, measuring equipment and modern metalworking machinery
• You have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure seamless documentation
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
• Finally, you impress with your strong safety awareness, absolute reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts
