• You will independently set out steel structures, assemblies and components in accordance with technical drawings and production documentation
• You will check materials, dimensions and components for completeness and dimensional accuracy
• You carry out marking-out, alignment, tack-welding and fitting work, and prepare assemblies for welding
• You process steel components by sawing, drilling, flame cutting, grinding and straightening
• You assemble and join steel structures and sub-assemblies in accordance with the production documents
• You work closely with welders and production management to ensure a smooth production process
• During the production process, you carry out quality checks and document your work
• You consistently comply with health and safety, quality and environmental regulations

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), structural metalworker (m/f/d), construction fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have professional experience in steel, plant or metal construction
• ideally, you hold a forklift or crane licence as well as valid welding certificates (MAG, TIG or manual arc) or practical welding skills
• You are also able to read technical drawings and isometric diagrams and work to them
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
