• You will carry out metalwork to a professional standard and fabricate parts and components from unalloyed and stainless steels
• You will assemble structures and plant components in accordance with technical drawings and isometric diagrams
• You prepare structures and plant components for welding and position them with precision
• You cut, finish surfaces and carry out straightening work on metal workpieces
• In the plant engineering sector, you create bolted joints
• You use your basic knowledge to assist with welding work
• In pipework and plant engineering, you install pipework and plant components
• You use tools, machines and equipment safely and professionally

• You have completed a vocational apprenticeship as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or metalworker (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in pipework and plant construction
• You have a basic knowledge of welding techniques
• You can confidently read and interpret technical drawings and isometric diagrams
• You handle tools and machinery confidently and professionally
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by a conscientious and technically flawless approach to your work
• You excel at working as part of a team
