• You plan, award and supervise the implementation of minor maintenance measures in various trades throughout the port area
• You coordinate the technical service and the external companies used
• You carefully check compliance with technical regulations
• You regularly carry out visual inspections
• You take measurements, measurements, mass determinations and site documentation
• you are involved in the preparation of cost overviews and technical reports
• you prepare structural inspections according to DIN 1076 or VDI 6200 and coordinate their execution
• you check the professional execution by external companies
• you participate in the maintenance of directories and damage lists for the structures in the port of Cuxhaven

• You have successfully completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by practical professional experience in the areas of construction supervision and contract awarding
• Experience in the assessment of buildings, in the field of building inspection and with the recording of inspection results in appropriate documentation software is desirable
• Knowledge of public procurement law in accordance with relevant guidelines such as VOB, NTVergG, SektVO and UVGO
• Good IT skills in Office applications, databases and digital communication
• You have at least a class B driving licence
• You can participate in on-call duties
• You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• You are characterised by an independent and efficient way of working
