• You will take charge of the independent site management of various refurbishment projects and oversee them responsibly
• For larger construction projects, you will work closely with the department head, senior management and the contractors
• You will also obtain quotations, award contracts for maintenance work and oversee these within the housing stock and in other buildings owned by the foundations
• You will also reliably oversee the tendering and awarding of maintenance contracts, technical inspections, cleaning services and work on the outdoor facilities at the individual sites
• You will play an active role in drawing up the financial plan, contributing your specialist knowledge
• Furthermore, you will obtain quotations for capital expenditure projects, award contracts for these and oversee the procurement of capital goods, such as furniture

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a construction technician (m/f/d) or hold a degree in engineering or architecture with the relevant specialist knowledge
• You already have professional experience in the site management of refurbishment projects
• You excel in your day-to-day work thanks to your excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as your strong ability to work in a team
• You work independently and organise your work systematically
• You are characterised by a business-minded approach and a high level of cost awareness
• You are also confident in negotiations and demonstrate assertiveness
