Job description

  • You will be responsible for the detailed content review of contracts of all kinds, for example in the areas of rental, fleet and telecommunications for our customers

  • In addition, you are responsible for the conscientious data comparison between the existing physical or digital contracts and the master data already stored in the system for quality assurance
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the implementation of necessary data changes as well as the precise entry of new data records into the corresponding databases and all relevant internal IT systems
  • Documentationsystems
  • Documenting the checked processes and the audit-proof filing of contracts in accordance with the applicable internal guidelines is also part of your daily and very responsible tasks
  • As part of your job, you support the team in optimising processes within master data maintenance and actively contribute your own suggestions for improvement to increase processing quality
  • Finally, you are responsible for correspondence with internal specialist departments, to clarify ambiguities in the contract review as quickly as possible and to ensure a complete history of all data records

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or dialogue marketing clerk (m/f/d) in your previous commercial career
  • In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in the field of processing or data entry, ideally with a technical focus on the intensive review of legal contract documents
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel for data preparation, as well as a confident handling of modern databases and ERP systems
  • German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as your ability to quickly analyse complex issues in contracts
