• You receive lorries and containers, check them and process them correctly
• You assist the dispatching department and related specialist departments with administrative tasks
• You review, create, forward and archive logistics documents conscientiously
• You record and post goods movements in the warehouse management system (WMS), using various logistics IT applications
• You monitor operations in the control centre and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards
• In the event of disruptions, you handle claims and process returns

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d),
• ideally, you will already have some experience in freight forwarding operations
• You are confident using IT applications, and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage
• When dealing with logistics documents and bookings, you are characterised by a meticulous and structured approach to your work
• Good written and spoken German is an asset
• You are willing to work shifts
• Ideally, you already hold a forklift licence
• You possess good communication skills and a team spirit for collaborating with the dispatching department and related specialist departments
• You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility in quality assurance as well as when dealing with faults and claims
