• You will independently and confidently negotiate remuneration and care rates in the inpatient and outpatient areas
• You will analyse our cost and service structures in detail and develop reliable calculations
• You will actively manage the controlling of the care areas and recognise economic developments at an early stage
• You will professionally support investment cost procedures at an early stage
• You provide professional support for investment cost procedures and keep an eye on the relevant figures throughout the year
• You advise the management on financial and strategic issues
• You continuously develop our control logic in the area of care and contribute your own ideas

• You already have experience in controlling, financial analysis or banking or in consulting
• You are confident in dealing with complex key figures and economic contexts
• Negotiation skills and a good sense of economic argumentation characterise you
• Interested in familiarising yourself with a regulated system such as care financing or SGB V/XI,
• Experience in healthcare or the social economy is welcome
• Knowledge of remuneration negotiations is an advantage
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit for Germany
• You work in a structured, independent and analytical manner in day-to-day business
