• In this role, you will be involved in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as in intercompany reporting and cash flow assessments
• You will be responsible for carrying out investment, cost centre, project and product controlling
• You will be responsible for producing regular reports and KPI analyses for corporate management, including tracking the implementation of measures
• You will provide support to the Head of Finance & Controlling in day-to-day operations, as well as with specialist and organisational tasks
• You will also assist with monthly profit analysis and group reporting
• You will contribute to the annual budget, forecasts and the associated follow-up work
• You will prepare and review costings and profit centre accounts
• You will play an active role in optimising internal processes and in financial accounting

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a specialisation in management accounting, finance or accounting, or alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training
• You have several years’ professional experience in controlling, preferably within a manufacturing company
• You also have sound IT skills and are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, and a good to very good command of English is a given for you
• You are characterised by analytical thinking, a passion for numbers, an understanding of business contexts, a structured, reliable and independent approach to work, as well as strong communication skills, team spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
