• You will be responsible for the identification and visualisation of key earnings levers such as pricing and customer profitability to actively support the strategic management of the company
• In addition, you will be responsible for the proper anchoring of all cost-relevant postings within the system landscape, taking into account cost types, cost centres and cost units
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the continuous further development of the entire KLR structure, including the definition of rules and regulations, delimitations and the optimisation of allocation keys
• The establishment of a transparent contribution margin calculation including a well-founded overhead logic and comprehensible assumptions is also one of your central tasks
• As part of your work, you will support the improvement of data quality in the ERP system by optimising master data, booking logics and general process discipline
• Finally, you will be responsible for monthly reporting including detailed variance analyses and thus provide a reliable basis for decision-making for the management and the specialist departments
• You will act as a competent interface to the purchasing, production, sales and project business departments and always explain complex business logic at eye level

• You have a degree in business administration (m/f/d), industrial engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable degree programme with a focus on finance or controlling
• In addition, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a finance-related role with a strong focus on cost accounting
• You have a sound knowledge of the use of common ERP systems as well as a deep understanding of complex data flows and theirsystems as well as a profound understanding of complex data flows and their system-side evaluability characterise you
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication within the international group of companies and with business partners
• You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany, to be able to carry out activities without legal restrictions at the Göttingen and Dransfeld locations at any time
