• You will be responsible for preparing the monthly and annual financial statements, whilst ensuring that all relevant deadlines and requirements are met
• You will work closely with senior management on annual budget planning and strategic business development
• You will continuously identify opportunities for cost savings and optimisation, thereby sustainably improving the efficiency of existing processes
• Through well-founded analyses, evaluations and targeted presentations, you will provide senior management with a reliable basis for decision-making
• You provide the operational departments with relevant key performance indicators in a timely manner to manage the company’s core processes
• You prepare statistical reports for authorities and associations in accordance with legal requirements and submit them professionally
• You carry out plan-versus-actual comparisons, analyse variances and coordinate measures with the relevant departments
• You maintain and analyse data for management accounting within systems such as the ERP system and MS Office

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering with a relevant specialisation
• you have already gained several years’ solid professional experience in controlling, financial analysis and budgeting within an industrial environment
• You have a sound knowledge of MS Office
• You speak and write German at a business-proficient level (C1/C2) to ensure smooth communication with all internal stakeholders
• You possess a high degree of analytical thinking and a strong grasp of numbers
• You have a strong understanding of economic interrelationships and complex processes
• You work in a structured and conscientious manner, in a goal-oriented way and with a high degree of initiative
• A valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
