• You will be responsible for setting up and continuously developing the financial reporting system, as well as for the detailed analysis of relevant key business indicators from the ERP system
• You will also be responsible for the targeted resolution of complex business management issues and the identification of strategically significant key figures for management
• Furthermore, you will oversee the regular carrying out of precise comparisons between plans-actual comparisons, as well as the in-depth analysis of all variances as part of the controlling process
• Your responsibilities also include the reliable creation of transparent foundations for price calculation and providing support with commercial quotation calculations
• As part of your role, you will support independent coordination with the relevant specialist departments and play an active part in the annual planning process
• Furthermore, you will assist in the development of sustainable strategies for improving results and provide reliable data for regular forecasting
• Finally, you will be responsible for actively participating in interdisciplinary projects and contributing your commercial expertise to cross-functional teams in a value-adding way

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, economics or a comparable business qualification
• you also have solid professional experience in management accounting, as well as a very good understanding of business fundamentals and complex systems
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as your experience with data warehouse tools such as PowerBI
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English
• Furthermore, you possess a high level of analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and an understanding of cross-functional business contexts
• Finally, you are assertive, work independently and impress with your confident manner and strong collaborative spirit within the team
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
