• You will be responsible for the regular preparation of detailed monthly, quarterly and annual reports, well-founded forecasts and all business planning
• You will also be responsible for the accurate preparation of target cost accounts and the associated separation accounts within the framework of the public service contract
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional review and continuous monitoring of all contractually regulated processes to ensure the correct allocation of revenue in day-to-day operations
• Carrying out complex profitability calculations, well-founded business analyses and targeted variance analyses is also part of your varied remit
• As part of your role, you will actively support challenging project and special tasks aimed at the strategic development of internal business processes
• Furthermore, you will support business and operational management by preparing business data tailored to specific target groups, acting as the central point of contact for all matters relating to controlling
• Finally, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the internal reporting system and the optimisation of all existing controlling processes and management tools

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration (m/f/d), economics (m/f/d) or a comparable degree programme with a relevant specialisation
• you also have several years’ relevant professional experience in management accounting and, preferably, in-depth knowledge of the specific industry and financial structures within public transport
• You are distinguished by your solid knowledge of the standard SAP modules and your proficiency in using the MS Office suite
• Native-level written and spoken German, as well as the ability to communicate in a targeted and recipient-oriented manner, characterise your day-to-day working style
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of independence, a structured approach to work and strong analytical skills for resolving complex issues
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
