• In this role, you will support the Sales and Marketing Controlling team in setting up and further developing BI applications, as well as in managing day-to-day operations
• You will contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of BI applications, such as reports and dashboards, with a focus on sales controlling
• You will be responsible for helping to develop and optimise key performance indicators and reports in line with applicable processes and standards
• You will continuously ensure and verify data quality in the operational systems
• You will be responsible for setting up and adapting BI user rights in accordance with the authorisation guidelines
• You will carry out standard analyses and process enquiries from the business units
• You will assist with the implementation of the integrated planning and forecasting process, as well as with the preparation of the monthly report for Group Reporting
• You will contribute to ongoing and new projects within Controlling and deliver user training on Dornbracht-specific reporting systems

• You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification; alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience in Power BI
• Ideally, you will have 2–3 years’ professional experience, including an introduction to BI analysis
• You have experience working with Power BI
• Knowledge of ERP systems (D365) is desirable
• You have a business-fluent command of spoken and written German and English
• You have a good command of spoken and written German
• You understand sales processes and are open to working with different cultures
• You are resident in Germany and also hold a valid residence permit
