• You will compile and analyse all production-related key performance indicators and continuously develop and expand the production controlling framework
• You will carry out planning, management and reporting processes with precision and validate the results obtained
• You will continuously monitor ongoing stock control
• You will independently prepare meaningful, audience-specific ad hoc analyses for senior management
• The financial calculation and assessment of the profitability of investments and strategic projects are among your key responsibilities
• You will optimise cross-departmental workflows and existing business processes in a sustainable manner
• You will support cross-functional projects, contributing your specialist expertise
• You will coordinate closely through direct dialogue with the specialist departments and internal interfaces, including HR management

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering, specialising in Controlling and Finance
• You have several years’ professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company with complex production processes
• You have a sound knowledge of the SAP FI and CO modules and are proficient in using MS Excel
• Your profile includes business fluency in German (C1/C2) – both spoken and written – as well as a good command of English
• You are characterised by analytical thinking and a strong aptitude for numbers
• You work in a highly structured and goal-oriented manner
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
