• You will lead, motivate and support the professional development of staff in the commercial department
• You will be responsible for invoicing for media, project and service-related products
• You will independently prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• You carry out the monthly target-actual comparison and analyse any variances
• You produce ad hoc reports and prepare key performance indicators to support decision-making
• You will be responsible for receivables management, including monitoring outstanding items
• Together with the division managers, you will develop the monthly rolling budget planning and the annual budget
• You will post and analyse data in SAP R/3 (CO and FI modules)
• You will identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimise processes
• You will liaise internally with the IT and Procurement departments

• You hold a degree in business administration
• You have several years’ professional experience in controlling, accounting and/or commercial facility management
• You have already gained some management experience
• Proficiency in SAP R/3 (CO and FI modules) is a given for you
• Thanks to your affinity for IT, you are confident in using Microsoft Office
• You are characterised by your business acumen and commercial mindset
• You have a service- and customer-oriented approach
• You work independently, meticulously and reliably
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team when liaising with department heads and specialist departments
