• You will assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Monthly reporting, including variance analysis, will also form part of your responsibilities
• You will be involved in budget and multi-year planning
• You will calculate and update the hourly rates on an annual basis
• You will carry out profitability analyses and evaluate their results
• You will continuously monitor the operational and financial key performance indicators for operating profit, operating cash flow and working capital
• You will prepare evaluations and analyses to serve as a basis for management decision-making
• You will identify and comment on variances between planned and actual figures
• You will work closely with the specialist departments to optimise key performance indicators and processes

• You have completed vocational training or a degree as a Controller (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience in controlling or accounting
• You are confident using MS Office and, ideally, KHK Sage
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• An analytical mindset, reliability, the ability to work in a team and a

structured approach to work round off your profile
