Job description

  • You will be responsible for financial accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, directly via our IT systems and ensure clean data management
  • You will carry out preparatory work for the annual financial statements independently and thus create the basis for legally compliant financial statements
  • You will actively contribute to corporate planning, analysis, controlling and reporting, controlling and reporting and support well-founded management decisions
  • General administrative commercial activities fall within your area of responsibility and ensure smooth processes

Requirements

  • A commercial or comparable qualification, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d), additional controlling, business studies, tax clerk (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d) or authorised signatory (m/f/d)
  • You already have experience in accounting and use this in a targeted manner
  • Very good knowledge and experience in external accounting, controlling and reporting are part of your portfolio, are required for this position
  • You are confident in using Excel and can carry out analyses and planning independently
  • Knowledge of merchandise management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage and makes your daily work easier
  • With your very good written and spoken German, you communicate professionally and document precisely
