• You will grind tools on conventional grinding machines in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Depending on the job, you will set up the grinding machines and adjust them to suit the respective workpiece
• You will securely clamp tools and workpieces in place and select suitable grinding wheels and grinding parameters
• During the grinding process, you check dimensions, angles and surfaces using standard measuring equipment
• In the event of deviations, you correct the grinding process and ensure the required quality is achieved

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in grinding on conventional grinding machines
• You can read technical drawings confidently and implement them accurately
• You are confident in using standard measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres and protractors
• You are characterised by a meticulous and precise approach to your work
• A commitment to quality and reliability are second nature to you
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
