• You will be responsible for producing turned and machined parts on conventional lathes in your assigned area
• Using technical drawings, you will determine the necessary work steps and carry them out professionally
• You will set up the machines and, where necessary, reconfigure them for new orders
• You select tools, clamping devices and fixtures appropriate to the workpiece and change them as required
• During production, you monitor the machining process and correct dimensions and settings in the event of deviations
• You carefully inspect the finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality using standard measuring equipment
• You document all relevant processes and inspection results precisely in accordance with specifications and internal guidelines
• You keep your machine and workstation clean and carry out simple maintenance and upkeep tasks
• To ensure smooth operations in day-to-day production, you actively liaise with colleagues and support them where necessary

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or production mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have solid and well-founded professional experience as a lathe operator on conventional machines
• You are characterised by a strong technical understanding
• You can read technical drawings confidently and implement them professionally
• You handle standard measuring equipment with care and check dimensions and quality reliably
• You have good to very good written and spoken German
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
• You have your own car at your disposal
• You are characterised by an independent, meticulous and reliable approach to your work
• You are a team player and enjoy coordinating with colleagues
