• You will prepare vegetable dishes independently and plate them up
• You will also prepare side dishes (potatoes, rice, pasta, grains, etc.)
• You will also prepare vegetarian dishes
• You will work closely with the other members of the kitchen brigade (saucier, poissonnier, etc.)
• You adhere to HACCP and hygiene standards
• Finally, you share responsibility for ordering and storing goods within your own station area

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Experience as an entremetier (m/f/d) or in a comparable role would be an advantage
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are also willing to work shifts, at weekends and on public holidays
