• You will further develop trends and incorporate them into new beauty ranges, whilst complying with the European Cosmetics Regulation
• You conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers worldwide
• You handle orders from start to finish, from the initial enquiry through to the order and delivery
• You communicate quality requirements to suppliers and monitor their compliance
• You set deadlines and monitor them to ensure deliveries arrive on time
• You provide support in the further development of existing suppliers, as well as in the selection and qualification of new suppliers
• You select haulage contractors and assess their performance

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have experience in strategic or operational procurement, ideally in the cosmetics or consumer goods sector
• You are confident in using MS Office

and merchandise management or ERP systems

• You have a strong command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and strong negotiation and communication skills are your strengths
• Your analytical thinking, structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative round off your profile
