• You will be responsible for the management of both operational and non-operational properties, consistently representing the interests of all owners and operators
• You will also be responsible for the ongoing review and legally compliant handling of all property-related matters in digital systems such as LIS and GIS
• Furthermore, you will oversee the legally compliant negotiation and professional finalisation of purchase, sale, tenancy, licence and lease agreements, including matters relating to heritable building rights
• Managing all cadastral and surveying matters, as well as ensuring the legal registration of technical installations in the land register, also forms part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will provide specialist support for various growth, enabling and transformation projects, whilst taking relevant guidelines into account
• Furthermore, you will facilitate coordination with public authorities and specialist departments, whilst at the same time managing external property service providers in a targeted manner
• Finally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for value creation and for consistently integrating key ESG sustainability principles into the portfolio

• You have successfully completed a degree in property management (m/f/d), law (m/f/d) or surveying (m/f/d), or you are a graduate (m/f/d) in the field of spatial planning
• You also have sound professional experience and a good knowledge of property law and land law, including working with land registers and sales contracts
• Your experience of working with public planning authorities and government bodies, ideally in the energy sector, sets you apart
• Your confident use of MS Office and established property information systems such as LIS and GIS sets you apart
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, round off your profile
• You also bring strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and a solution-oriented approach to your work, as well as a Class B driving licence
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
